About us
Malaya Hobby Shop (“we”, “us”) is operated by [Business name: owner to provide] · SSM [SSM no.: owner to provide] · [Registered address: owner to provide]. These terms govern your membership and purchases.
Membership
Membership costs the annual price shown at sign-up and lasts 12 months from activation. It is paid once and does not renew automatically.
Membership gives access to the members-only vault. It does not include the price of models, which are bought separately when a drop opens.
After expiry you have a 14-day grace period in which you can renew and keep your member number. During grace the vault is locked.
We may open or close new memberships at any time. Renewals are not affected.
Drops and purchases
Models are released in limited drops with a per-member purchase limit. Adding an item to your cart reserves it for 10 minutes. When you start checkout, the reservation is extended to cover the payment window (about 30 minutes). If payment is not completed in that time the reservation is released and the payment link stops working.
Each unit has an edition number assigned when payment is confirmed. An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway confirms payment.
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Delivery is within Malaysia only.
