What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, delivery addresses, order and payment records (we store payment status and amount, never card details), and basic site usage data.
Why we collect it
To run your membership, take and deliver orders, send membership and order emails (receipts, renewal reminders, shipping updates), prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment gateway (to process payments), our email provider, our courier (name, phone and address for delivery), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@malayahobbyshop.my. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept for legal reasons.
You consented to this policy when you signed up and can withdraw consent by closing your account, which ends your membership.
Security and retention
Data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections. We keep account and order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements.
