SUPPORT

HELLO@MALAYAHOBBY.MY

RESPONSE

WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS

001 How much is membership?

RM99 for 12 months. There is one membership type only, with no tiers, no VIP upgrades, and no automatic recurring credit card deductions.

002 Does the fee include diecast models?

No. The fee unlocks access to the vault. Models are bought separately when a drop opens.

003 Can I buy without being a member?

No. All models are sold exclusively through the members-only vault to active club members.

004 What happens when my membership expires?

You have a 14-day grace period to renew. During that time the vault is locked, but your account, wishlist, and order history remain intact. After that, you need to sign up again if sign-ups are currently open.

005 How does shipping work?

We ship across Malaysia. Rates differ between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak, and are calculated and shown clearly before you pay during checkout.

006 What if a model arrives damaged?

All models are shipped in reinforced collector-grade packaging. If a parcel arrives damaged, report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement from our reserve buffer or a full refund.

007 Why are sign-ups sometimes closed?

We may close new sign-ups at any time so there is enough drop stock for existing members. Existing active members are never affected by a sign-up pause.
